Bungalow # 1

  • Our largest bungalow is on stilts, 2 meters high in the air.
  • Sleeps 2 to 4 persons.
  • Features a king size bed, loft with a double bed, a mini-fridge, and a full bathroom with hot and cold water.

Bungalow # 2

  • Is also on stilts, 1 meter off the ground.
  • Sleeps 2 to 4 persons.
  • Features a king size bed, loft with a matrimonial bed, and a full bathroom with hot and cold water.

Bungalow # 3

  • Small, cozy, secluded, private garden area, oceanfront view!
  • One meter off the ground.
  • Sleeps 2 persons.
  • Features a queen-size bed, and a full bathroom with hot & cold water.
  • Mini-fridge ,satellite TV (HBO etc.), A/C .

  • 2 people - $ 138 USD (Adults only)

We will reply within 24 hours.

To confirm a reservation...

We require a 50% deposit to confirm a reservation and the full balance upon arrival at check-in.
We can accept payments and deposits via PayPal.com or credit card. Please provide us with the following and we will process payments:
  • Card type: MasterCard or Visa
  • Name of card holder
  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • 3-digit security code
Other deposit options:
  • Bank-to-bank wire transfers
  • Personal checks or Direct Deposit
  • In the USA we use "Wells Fargo Bank"
  • In Mexico we use "Scotiabank"

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival deposits are refundable less 10%.

For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival, deposits are non-refundable. However we will gladly accommodate you at a later date. Deposits are transferrable, and if we can re-rent the bungalow for your dates the deposit is refundable less 10%.

Late arrivals are responsible for full payment of reservation.

Miscellaneous

*Maximum occupancy rates apply for Christmas and New Year:
December 22 - January 4.
Also for the 2 weeks of Easter Vacation (dates vary).

High Season - November 1st to April 30th
Low Season - May 1st to October 31st

*Additional person $ 35 USD

Check-in no later than 9:00 p.m.

Outdoor style kitchen fully equipped, plates, silverware, pots pans, etc. available for guests to use at no additional cost.
Tree Tops does not provide supplies such as charcoal, ice, condiments, coffee, etc. Guests must bring their own supplies.

Seasonal rates are available by request.

Discounts based on length of stay and season.

We are available for private parties, events and weddings.

All payments are final.
